Fall 2011 and Winter 2012:
I am taking what I hope is a well-deserved break from travel and talk this fall, as I finish up two new book projects: the 10th anniversary updated edition of She’s Not There, and a memoir of parenthood, both expected in 2013. I’ll be at Southern Comfort Convention in Atlanta in September, 2011, and I’ll be at Grinnell College (see below) in spring 2012. That’s probably it for this year, (although I’ll be traveling to New York in October, L.A. in April, and San Francisco in May 2012 on behalf of GLAAD.) If there are any late-breaking gigs, I’ll post them here as well as on the main page.
